Sustainable Energy Research Laboratory (SERL) has been conceived with a goal to undertake cutting edge research in thermal, solar and nuclear energy engineering. The research lab has various wings- (a) Thermal management of EV batteries In nuclear energy area, (b) Electronic chip cooling using single liquid, two-phase liquid vapor (boiling), supercritical CO2 inside microchannels, (c) Coil design for compact heat exchangers, (d) Nuclear reactor safety-creep and corrosion of fuel clads during LOCA, (e)Solar thermal collectors design, and (f) Non-Newtonian fluids charcterization and their flow and heat transfer characterstic evaluation.

Battery Tester (Make Arbin)
